Department Jena - Photonics and Sensorics

The department Photonics and Sensorics is located in the south of Jena in the industrial area Göschwitz and provides innovative and applied research and development in the fields of:

• Fluorescence detection and Spectral-Imaging for bio- and gene-technology
• Optical and opto-chemical sensors for environmental technology and process monitoring
• Optical spectroscopy for medical applications
• UV radiation sources and photo processes for environment, engineering and medical technology
